 Chicago Search Group Inc (CSG) was started in early 2006 by a team of top recruiters who broke away from a $3B+ International Search Firm. Our focus has been and continues to be assisting and placing candidates with Public Accounting & Consulting backgrounds, with audit being our specialty. We offer direct hire searches as well as retained searches. Our candidate base is primarily BIG 4 candidates in most major US markets. Our clients consist of Mid-Size Public Accounting Firms, Boutique Consulting Firms and Fortune 50 to $100M companies in the US.
Company Philosophy
Potential Clients - Our recruiters make well over 1000 cold calls every week into companies, especially the Big 4 and top 100 accounting firms around the US, to find candidates that are looking for a better opportunity. Our firm represents many passive candidates who are the cream of the crop in their fields and use us to find the right opportunities. Our whole business is based on cold calls and referrals. We do not represent candidates that are on internet job boards since we feel that our clients can find those candidates on their own. Potential Candidates - We offer the highest level of confidentiality to our candidates (which is often compromised at large firms that have a national candidate database). We take care in matching our candidates to our client companies, working to form relationships that are long lasting.
